CRAIG Winstanley got the Brow off to the best possible start by taking the first leg. Kev Garcia levelled things up in the next only for team mate John Bowles to wrap things up in the decider with a 14 dart finish.

THE Ball’s Mark Delooze (115 finish) took the first leg in style and it quickly got better for the cup sponsors as Karl Windisch got the vital second leg to ensure a final matchup against the Widnes BC B A. Terry Roach pulled a leg back for the Bowler but it was the Ball who progressed to the final.

KARL Windisch put the Ball A in front in the final only for John Bowles to level the match in the second. In an excellent last leg decider Mark Delooze with an 18 dart leg secured the Jack Wilcox Shield for the Ball A despite a valiant effort from Alan Magee who hit a maximum in defeat.
WILLIAM SAXON CUP SEMI FINALS
ANDY Abbott won through to the final with a straight legs win and was joined by Glen Owen who went through unopposed. FINAL
IN an all Simm’s Cross Inst. final it was Glen Owen, with the aid of a 109 finish, who claimed this season’s William Saxon Cup.
CHRISTIAN THORNTON ACHIEVEMENTS CUP
SEMI FINALS
TERRY Roach won the first semi final with a 2-0 victory. Team mate Robbie Gorst also made it through with a hard fought 2-1 win.
FINAL
IN a close final for the Christian Thornton Achievements Cup, it was Robbie Gorst (17 darts) who edged a close one by two legs to one. Terry Roach was excellent in defeat after hitting two maximums in the three legs.

PAIRS SEMI FINALS
BRIAN Spruce & Kev Helps won the first semi final with a 2-0 victory and team mates Tom Callaghan & Peter Fisher also won by the same score for an all Mill Brow final. FINAL
IN a close final for the Mill Brow SC 501 pairs it was the experience of Brian Spruce & Kev Helps that prevailed in a 2-0 win.
501 INDIVIDUALS SEMI FINALS
CRAIG Winstanley (15 darts & 141 finish) won a close on by two legs to one. Peter Fisher (19 darts) won in straight legs for an all Mill Brow final. FINAL

KARL Whitfield won through to the final with a straight legs win and was joined by Mike Howard (12 & 14 darts) who won 2-0. FINAL
MIKE Howard continued where he left off in the semi finals with a 2-0 win including a 14 dart leg to claim the Jack Adams Cup for the 2021/2022 season. JASON BRIGHT PRESIDENT PAIRS SEMI FINALS
ALAN & Danny Magee progressed to the final unopposed to meet Alan Sutton & Adam Mellor who won their semi final by 2-0. FINAL
ALAN & Danny Magee, with the help of a 15 dart leg, did just enough to win the Jason Bright President Pairs final in straight legs. RTB INDIVIDUALS SEMI FINALS
DAVE Powell won through to the final with a straight legs win and Mike Howard made his second final of the night with a hard fought 2-1win.
FINAL
MIKE Howard with a 13 dart first leg and after drawing the second, produced the vital darts to see off a gallant runner-up in Dave Powell by 2-0.
