WHY? To wake up ar­eas that get lit­tle at­ten­tion, and to im­prove mo­bil­ity and strength.

Thread your fin­gers be­tween the toes of one foot, palm fac­ing sole, and use your hand to mo­bilise all the toes. Swap feet. Now stand, lift all the toes up, hold for a few secs, then lower them one by one, lit­tle toe first.
