What should morn­ing run­ners know about evening runs?

You’ll be con­tend­ing with more cars and peo­ple, so chart a route that’s safe and free of rush-hour con­ges­tion. It’ll prob­a­bly be warmer and sun­nier than it is in the morn­ings, so con­sider car­ry­ing wa­ter or in­creas­ing walk breaks.
