Bubble Rush

A few years ago an event called The Color Run took the UK by storm – you jogged 5K in a white T-shirt and were pelted with coloured paint powder every kilometre. This prompted the growth of other running events for youngsters and adults with short attention spans or a sense of the ridiculous. Substitute the paint powder for coloured bubbles and you’ve got the Bubble Rush; it’s a brilliant way of enticing children, lazy relatives and nervous newbies to exercise and have some fun at the same time.
