Muddy Duck 10K

-

This is a fine example of the sort of event that is the lifeblood of the UK race scene. It’s low-key, organised on a shoestring by a running club and caters mostly for those in the locality. If you live reasonably close by it’s well worth checking out. From 6pm about 200 runners will joyfully high-step and splash their way through a muddy parkland course that includes a couple of water crossings. And the £12 entry fee isn’t going to break the bank.
