Pen Y Fan Race

All you fans of pushing yourself to the limit – you’ve hit the mother lode with this fast and furious event. It’s a race up and down the highest peak in south Wales and though the distance is a mere 3.5 miles, that encompasses 588m of climb and the same of quadsmashing descent (the course record is 30:00). Factor in some zigzagging, technical terrain and some brisk mountain-top winds and you’ve got yourself a short, sharp challenge designed to work your whole body to its limits.
