Bossiney Haven, Corn­wall

THE EX­PE­RI­ENCE

Bossiney Haven is a spec­tac­u­lar se­cluded cove lo­cated just north of the town of Tin­tagel in north Corn­wall. On the cliffs above you’ll find the South West Coast Path, so you could peel off and take in this gor­geous spot (at low tide only). From there you can con­tinue on to Benoath Cove, around the head­land. Ac­cess to Bossiney is via a steep path, so take care.

LO­CAL FARE

Drop in to Ye Olde Malt­house Inn in Tin­tagel for a well-earned pint and a home­made pie in Guin­e­vere’s res­tau­rant. Or, if you’re feel­ing strong, press on to Pad­stow, a mere 15 miles fur­ther along the coast. There are one or two de­cent restau­rants there…
