JUDGE NOT...

I find it really annoying that runners judge other runners and berate them on social media for being slow or having to walk during races. Not all runners have the same abilities and I have received some of this abuse and judgment myself. Even though it annoys me, it has also inspired me to complete 10Ks, half marathons and ultra marathons. I recently ran 28.25 miles in the Cotswold 24. I hope I can inspire others to run further, because if I can do it then anyone can. Jonathan Bourne, Llanelli
