Phoenix Tricera-trot

The second in a new series of three dinosaur-themed events. Choose from 5K to ultra-marathon distance – you can complete as many or as few laps as you like of a 3.28-mile out-and-back course along the river Thames. There’s a six-hour cut-off for those who want to see how long they can keep going for.
