ADDUCTOR MOBILITY

Start on all fours, knees under your hips, shoulders over your wrists. Place a towel under your right knee, if needed. Extend your left leg to the side, planting your foot flat. With a flat back and neutral neck, rock back by sending your bum towards your right heel, then rock forward to return to the starting position. Complete 5 reps. Repeat on other leg.
