Located since 2007 at the Newhouse Industrial Estate in Motherwell, the company are run by managing director Jock Wallace and his daughters, Donna Shelley and Jana Brannan, along with his son, Gordon Wallace.

They first opened for business in Cleland in 1984 and have gone from strength to strength.

Between them, the staff at Auchinlea can boast more than 100 years of experience in the tyre industry.

Donna went on: “We now have 22 employees and, even though we are moving the business forward using up-to-date technology, we still like to keep the personal touch.

“We, as the family, will always be on hand to personally deal with customers, suppliers and friends in the industry, and our staff have the same values and are keen to go the extra mile.”

The company work with global names such as Michelin, Bridgestone, Pirelli, Dunlop and Good Year.

And they also deal with some of the more specialist manufacturers.
