A vote for UKIP is a vote for Britain.
We are a strong Unionist party who sees Scotland’s place as an integral part of the United Kingdom.
The SNP are kidding us all by saying this election is not about so called “independence”: they are not actually offering true independence at all since they do not believe that Scotland can survive outside of the European Union!
In fact they are a hard left socialist party whose loyalty at least in some cases may not be towards Scotland at all.
As a UKIP candidate I am an ordinary working class Scot who robustly believes Britain should be governed by Britain’s institutions and not unelected bureaucrats whose own accounts are not even audited
Be under no illusions that thousands of jobs will be created by the Government. Businesses create jobs and in danger of repeating myself, don’t forget none of the party leaders promising these have actually had a “proper” job in the real world.
If you are a working person living a conventional life paying your bills looking after your family and minding your own business then make no mistake the so called main stream parties will seek to interfere and even tell you or your children what to think.
UKIP believe firmly that people who save for their old age and do the right thing should receive the appropriate reward and not be penalised for being responsible.
May the Union Flag always fly in Rutherglen, and I end by offering my own congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their daughter.
