Of boy band Col­labro

The an­gelic tones of chart-top­ping Bri­tish boy band Col­labro will pro­vide the per­fect back­drop to the Saints & Sin­ners 50th an­niver­sary race night at Hamil­ton Park Race­course this sum­mer.

Fresh from their sell­out na­tion­wide tour, the five-piece Bri­tain’s Got Tal­ent 2014 cham­pi­ons will per­form live at the pres­ti­gious venue’s pre­mier char­i­ta­ble event of the sea­son on Thurs­day, June 25.

Michael Auger, Richard Had­field, Jamie Lam­bert, Matthew Pa­gan and Thomas J Red­grave will be hop­ing that their ar­dent fans – nick­named the Col­lab­o­ra­tors – will be out in full force to sup­port them at the event.

The boys will be singing a mix­ture of songs from their first al­bum ‘Stars’ which was re­leased last year and de­buted at num­ber one in the UK.

They will also be per­form­ing songs from their new al­bum ‘Act Two’ which is sched­uled for re­lease June 1, 2015.

The golden ju­bilee cel­e­bra­tion – which aims to raise tens of thou­sands of pounds for char­ity, Saints and Sin­ners - will fea­ture a host of evening en­ter­tain­ment, in­clud­ing a spe­cial DJ set from Cap­i­tal FM and the £10,000 EBF Stal­lions Cap­tain JC Ste­wart Fil­lies Hand­i­cap Stakes (Class 4) race.

Vivien Kyle, chief ex­ec­u­tive at Hamil­ton Park Race­course, said: “The Saints and Sin­ners Racenight at Hamil­ton Park Race­course has been one of the high­lights of the Bri­tish rac­ing cal­en­dar since 1965, but our up­com­ing ju­bilee cel­e­bra­tion re­ally is this sea­son’s golden ticket.

“With glam­orous guests and first class en­ter­tain­ment and rac­ing on the cards, plus a chance to raise funds to help Saints and Sin­ners sup­port good causes through­out Scot­land.

“The stage is set for a great night out for the whole fam­ily.”

The cel­e­bra­tions get un­der­way with gates open­ing at 4pm, when vis­i­tors can choose to be a saint or a sin­ner by pur­chas­ing a char­i­ta­ble red or white car­na­tion, be­fore the first race be­gins at 6.10pm.

The last race of the evening will take place at 9.10pm.
