Of boy band Collabro

The angelic tones of chart-topping British boy band Collabro will provide the perfect backdrop to the Saints & Sinners 50th anniversary race night at Hamilton Park Racecourse this summer.

Fresh from their sellout nationwide tour, the five-piece Britain’s Got Talent 2014 champions will perform live at the prestigious venue’s premier charitable event of the season on Thursday, June 25.

Michael Auger, Richard Hadfield, Jamie Lambert, Matthew Pagan and Thomas J Redgrave will be hoping that their ardent fans – nicknamed the Collaborators – will be out in full force to support them at the event.

The boys will be singing a mixture of songs from their first album ‘Stars’ which was released last year and debuted at number one in the UK.

They will also be performing songs from their new album ‘Act Two’ which is scheduled for release June 1, 2015.

The golden jubilee celebration – which aims to raise tens of thousands of pounds for charity, Saints and Sinners - will feature a host of evening entertainment, including a special DJ set from Capital FM and the £10,000 EBF Stallions Captain JC Stewart Fillies Handicap Stakes (Class 4) race.

Vivien Kyle, chief executive at Hamilton Park Racecourse, said: “The Saints and Sinners Racenight at Hamilton Park Racecourse has been one of the highlights of the British racing calendar since 1965, but our upcoming jubilee celebration really is this season’s golden ticket.

“With glamorous guests and first class entertainment and racing on the cards, plus a chance to raise funds to help Saints and Sinners support good causes throughout Scotland.

“The stage is set for a great night out for the whole family.”

The celebrations get underway with gates opening at 4pm, when visitors can choose to be a saint or a sinner by purchasing a charitable red or white carnation, before the first race begins at 6.10pm.

The last race of the evening will take place at 9.10pm.
