Salmon with potatoes, asparagus and hollandaise

Boil 150g of new potatoes for 15 minutes or until soft and add the asparagus for the last 3 minutes.
Meanwhile grill a 130g salmon fillet for 12 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and asparagus and serve with the salmon and a heaped tsp (8g) of hollandaise sauce.
