Boil 150g of new pota­toes for 15 min­utes or un­til soft and add the as­para­gus for the last 3 min­utes.

Mean­while grill a 130g salmon fil­let for 12 min­utes.

Drain the pota­toes and as­para­gus and serve with the salmon and a heaped tsp (8g) of hol­landaise sauce.
