Planning applications

South Lanarkshire Council have received the following planning applications:

Ms Helen Deeny, for the erection of a single storey rear extension, at 362 Main Street, Rutherglen.

H3G UK Limited, at Burnside Bowling Club, Burnside Road, Rutherglen, for the installation of additional 15 metre high slimline flagpole, installation of a pogona cabinet measuring 1230 x 400 x 1032mm located at ground level and associated development.

Wm Morrison Supermarkets, at Bridge Street, Cambuslang, for the installation of five new refrigeration units.

Mr Ian Robertson, at 0-2, 52 Lightburn Road, Cambuslang, for the erection of garden shed (retrospective).

The following planning applications, lodged with South Lanarkshire Council, have been approved:

Michael Hannaway, 45 Castle Chimmins Avenue, Cambuslang, for the erection of single storey rear extension, internal alterations and front porch extension.

Colin McIntyre, 11 Stirling Drive, Rutherglen, for the erection of a one-and-a-half storey side extension and rear decking.

Mr J Boyle, 7 Golf Road, Rutherglen, for erection of a rear extension with alterations to the roof to accommodate an attic conversion and the erection of a detached garage.
