A man has been found guilty of supplying the controlled drug diazepam.

Jason Harkins, of Chapel Street, Rutherglen, carried out the offence on March 10 at Westmuir Place.

This week at Glasgow Sheriff Court 42-year-old Harkins was sentenced to a restriction of liberty order for six months.

He has to remain in his house between 8pm and 7am daily.
