Driver who refused breath test banned

A Toryglen man has pleaded guilty to motoring offences.

Liam Smart, of Kerrycroy Avenue, failed to provide his personal details to police officers.

The incident took place at McDougall Street, Glasgow, on July 11.

Smart ( 30) was also convicted of failing to provide two specimens of breath for analysis at Helen Street police office on the same date.

All of the offences took place while Smart was on bail.

This week at Glasgow Sheriff Court Smart was fined £600, given the alternative of 28 days in prison and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
