Glass danger trial set

A man faces claims that he smashed windows with bricks, putting a couple in danger of injury from fragments of glass.

Sean Harvey, of Castlefern Road, Rutherglen, is alleged to have carried out the offence on July 14 at Castlefern Road.

This week at Glasgow Sheriff Court he pleaded not guilty and trial was set for January 6.
