Chri s t i n e Spa rk s, Tomfoolery, Davy Lees and Norrie McCulloch are on the bill for the event on Thursday, March 17, which is to raise money for Celtic Music Radio 95FM’s move into new studio premises.

The charity station, run by a team of 30 musicloving volunteers, has moved into a new studio on Glasgow’s south side and this gig is part of the continuing effort to improve output and provide a festival of music every day of the year.

Ross Macfadyen, the station’s musical director said: “We need to raise funds so we’ve called on some of Scotland’s most highly- rated performers to help out and play at this gig for free, community radio station in the UK dedicated to Scottish and Irish Celtic music though it play loads of other genres as well.

The station raises its own funds through advertising, listener donations and live gigs such as the upcoming Rutherglen gig.

Tickets are £ 10 and are available via www. celticmusicradio.net or at the door on the night.

Doors 7pm and the show starts at 7.30pm.
