Trial date is set for April

A young man allegedly behaved in an abusive manner by shouting, swearing and uttering threats at a Rutherglen address.

Christopher McCormick, 23, was charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, March 1.

The alleged incident took place on July 5, 2015, near his home after he was granted bail on October 17, 2014 at Glasgow Sheriff Court.

McCormick, of Langcroft Park, Rutherglen, will stand trial on April 5.
