Secret filming case is halted
The case against a man who allegedly told two teenage boys they were being secretly filmed has been postponed.
Ian Paterson is accused of placing the boys, aged 13 and 14, in a state of fear and alarm by acting in a threatening manner and telling them he had taken videos and pictures of them.
During the incident on July 1, 2015, at Kerrycroy Avenue, Paterson is also accused of telling the boys they were again being filmed by hidden cameras.
Paterson, 61, of Kerrycroy Av e n u e , To r y g l e n , appeared before Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, April 4 but was told proceedings would be halted until the summer.
He will return to court for an intermediate trial diet on August 8, and the trial is set for September 7.
