Ear we go on bunny hunt

Around 200 people braved the wet weather to attend Castlemilk Park’s Easter Bunny hunt.

The event proved a huge success, with a variety of activities on offer.

As well as a successful bunny hunt, there was an egg and spoon race, duck race on the burn and arts and crafts.

The event was organised by Cassiltoun Housing Association’s woodland officer Richard Bolton.

He said: “Considering the horrendous forecast and the wet weather, it went really well.”

The next event in the park will take place today (Wednesday) between 2pm and 4pm when All About Owls returns. Anyone going along should go to the Castlemilk Stables.
