Bust-up in shop

A man lashed out and punched a cabinet in a computer shop in Rutherglen, a court heard.

Christopher Marshall is alleged to have damaged the cabinet and threatened people in February last year in the Kingsheath Avenue shop. He is also accused of shouting and swearing.

The 32 year old denied the charges when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, April 12.

Marshall, of Midcroft Avenue, will return to court on April 26.
