Assault is denied

A Castlemilk woman will stand trial for assault on May 12.

Michelle Fenton, of Glencare Drive, is charged with striking a woman on the body on April 28, 2015.

The 35 year old is also accused of behaving in an abusive manner, by shouting, swearing and acting aggressively towards the woman.

Fenton denied both charges against her when she appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday, April 13.
