Vans in NEC de­but

French brands Peu­geot and Citroen are com­ing to Bri­tain to give world de­buts to their lat­est Ex­pert and Dis­patch vans when the com­mer­cial ve­hi­cle show opens at Birm­ing­ham’s NEC ona April 26.

The new­com­ers will fea­ture new tech­nolo­gies and de­sign fea­tures as well as func­tions that are new to the van mar­ket.

They are the first to of­fer hands-free slid­ing side doors and a head-up dis­play, as well as other tech­nolo­gies to make work­ing lives eas­ier.

De­signed with a wide range of pro­fes­sion­als in mind in­clud­ing trades peo­ple, con­struc­tion work­ers, lo­cal au­thor­ity em­ploy­ees and de­liv­ery and ser­vice pro­fes­sion­als, the new Dis­patch and Ex­pert will be avail­able in van, combi and crew van ver­sions. They will be pow­ered by ei­ther 1.6 or 2.0-litre diesels.
