Primary school to hold fair

Calderwood Primary are holding their summer fair next weekend.

The event takes place on Saturday, June 11 from 10am-2pm.

A spokesperson for the school said: “We are hoping for sun but even if it doesn’t shine we will still have lots of fun.

“All of the staples of our summer fair will be there; fantastic raffle, tombola, home baking and lots of lovely trader stalls.

“In addition to all of this we will have a bouncy castle, a visit from Scottish Fire and Rescue, story corner, local tennis and rugby clubs and some special guests not to be missed by the kids for a photo opportunity and so much more.

“Bring friends, family, neighbours and join us for a fun-filled day to raise lots of money for a fantastic primary school.”
