Best of Broadway evening for Town Hall

A night of musical magic is on the way to Rutherglen Town Hall.

Best of Broadway will take place on Thursday, September 8.

It will feature stunning songs from much-loved shows such as Wicked, Jesus Christ Superstar, Les Miserables, Grease, and many many more.

The cast for this performance at Rutherglen Town Hall is made up of Pamela Byrne (River City), Lauren Ellis- Steele (Wicked UK tour), Neil Thomas (Little Shop of Horrors), Lisa Henderson and Gary Bennett.

Pamela said : “I’m so excited to be a part of Best of Broadway at Rutherglen Town Hall.

“The cast are so talented and I’m proud to be stepping out on stage with them again.

“Come and sing along to all your favourites from Broadway.”

Lauren Ellis-Steele has regularly appeared at the Town Hall in previous shows like I Will Survive and Girls Night Oot .

She added: “It’s great to be able to bring these Broadway and West End hits to Scottish theatres and audiences.

“Best of Broadway’ is such a great fun show to be a part of.”

The show is being produced by the Glasgow based theatre company Inside Out Productions, who have produced several musicals and theatre shows over the years in Scotland.

Best of Broadway is on at Rutherglen Town Hall on September 8, 2016 at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £ 13.50 and £ 11.50 for concessions.
