Series of topics to be discussed at Landlord Forum
Welfare reform, local housing strategy, letting agent code of practice and first tier tribunals are all on the agenda at the next meeting of South Lanarkshire’s private landlord forum.
Being held from 6-8pm on Thursday, September 29, the forum is open to all private landlords in the area, but places are limited so it is essential to book in advance.
Private landlords who would like to attend can fill-in a landlord forum booking form on the South Lanarkshire Council website.
The completed form should be returned to housing.strategy@southlanarkshire. gov.uk. Alternatively bookings can be made by calling 01698 454033.
Landlords who are unable to attend but would like to find out more about the key issues discussed during the meeting can get more information from this number.
A buffet and tea and coffee will be available at the start of the meeting.
Forum meetings are held twice per financial year and invitations to attend will be sent via email to all registered landlords.
It is important the correct email address is registered with the council. Anyone needing to update details should email or phone the landlord registration team.
