Take part in NHS questionnaire
Patients in Rutherglen and Cambuslang can have their say on how NHS Lanarkshire moves forward.
The health board have launched a public consultation on their ‘Achieving Excellence’ healthcare strategy.
Achieving Excellence is one part of a trilogy of plans, along with Joint Strategic Commissioning Plans produced by the North and South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships (HSCPs), which will deliver modern, health and social care services.

Dr Iain Wallace, NHS Lanarkshire’s medical director, said: “Your comments and feedback are crucial to ensuring we have the right strategy in place to deliver high-quality, safe, effective and personcentred care for the people of Lanarkshire.”
The open public meetings will be held at 6.30pm with refreshments available. The formal meeting will start at 6.50pm and end at 8.30pm. These will take place on
Wednesday, October 5 at Wishaw General Hospital, Ronald Miller Education Centre, Lower Level, 50 Netherton Street, Wishaw, ML2 0DP.
Tuesday, October 11 at The Village Centre, 12 Maxwell Drive, East Kilbride, G74 4HG.
Wednesday, October 26 at Gartlea Community Centre, Hillfoot Road, Gartlea, Airdrie, ML6 9PL.
The meetings wi l l include an introductory presentation, small group discussions, and a question and answer session.
