Driving charge

A Rutherglen man has been charged with drink driving.

Lukasz Bryczek, 35, is alleged to have driven on Mill Street with 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of his breath. The prescribed limit is 22 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

The Landemer Drive resident is said to have been on bail at the time of the incident on October 21 and will return for trial at Glasgow Sheriff Court on May 12.
