Teen’snew trial date

A young woman who pleaded not guilty to having a class A drug in her possession will stand trial later this year.

Glasgow Sheriff Court heard Danni Wishart denied being in possession of cocaine during a hearing last month.

The 19-year-old is said to have been found with the drug at her home address on Raithburn Road, Castlemilk on December 3, 2016.

She was set to return for trial on May 2 but a new date was set for August 16.
