Miller sealsthe dealwith BullyWee

-

Clyde have confirmed midfielder Darren Miller has signed on with the club.

The ex-Queen’s Park and Albion Rovers man has penned a one-year deal with the Bully Wee.

But the 24-year-old must wait until his current club deal at Colville Park Amateurs runs out at the end of this month before he signs permanently after playing seven matches on loan for Clyde last season.

Clyde gaffer Jim Chapman said: “Darren knows the club and he knows what will be expected of him this season. He’s got more than enough ability, but this is probably a last chance for him at senior level and he knows that he needs to take it.”

The Clyde boss confirmed that offers have been made to Scott Linton and Connor Quinn. He said: “Scott’s fitness was assessed at Hampden recently and that was positive. We have made him an offer, but it’s a change for him, to fit with the management of the club’s needs, finance and risk.

“We have also made an offer to Connor and it’s now up to him to weigh up his options over the next few days.”
