Drug accused to stand trial
A Castlemilk man has denied being involved in dealing diamorphine, a class A drug.
Owen Docherty, of Dougrie Place, has been charged with being in concerned in the supply of it at March 9, 2017 at his flat.
The 41-year-old, who was on bail at the time of the alleged incident, is also claimed to have had cannabis resin, a class B drug, on his possession on the same day.
He pled not guilty to the charges at Glasgow Sheriff Court on July 5 and a trial date has been confirmed for August 1 at 10am.
