Man­de­nies racistremarks

A King’s Park man has been charged with act­ing in a racially ag­gra­vated man­ner.

Paul Gil­lan is al­leged to have shouted, swore and ut­tered racial re­marks in the Bar­lia area of Glas­gow on May 5, 2016.

The 33-year-old of Cur­tis Av­enue, was ab­sent at Glas­gow Sher­iff Court on July 4 but his so­lic­i­tor pled not guilty on his be­half.

The case was ad­journed for ap­pear­ance of the ac­cused at an in­ter­me­di­ate diet to­day, July 19, at 2pm.
