Manallegedly spat at another

A man who allegedly spat at someone will stand trial at Glasgow Sheriff Court next month.

William Paterson is accused of behaving in an abusive manner by shouting an offensive remark and spitting at a person on March 2, 2017.

The incident is said to have taken place in Ballieston and is alleged to have been aggravated by sexual orientation.

Paterson, 44, of Cambuslang Road, will stand trial on August 10.
