His dog said to be out of control
A man whose dog was allegedly out of control on a Cambuslang street has appeared in court.
Mohammad Omar Khan, 28, is accused of failing to restrain his Japanese Akita after it allegedly bit a man on his body, as well as another dog.
It is also said to have approached the vehicle of a woman and acted aggressively, preventing her from leaving the car.
The incidents are all said to have occurred on North Avenue on December 6 last year.
Khan, of Wellshot Drive, pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on July 11.
He will stand trial on August 10.
