Lang put Meadow to sword
That lead should have been doubled a couple of minutes later but an unmarked John Gemmell headed wide from six yards out.
On 21 minutes a lapse at the back allowed the visitors to level. With Lang appealing for offside, Medda’s Daniel McKay latched onto a Mark McLennan pass and fired past Ian Stewart.
Lang thought they had regained the lead when Simeon rounded the keeper and rolled the ball home, but the linesman had his flag raised for offside.
Another chance went a -begging for the home side when Callum McRobbie had an effort well saved and then another crashed off the post.
And those missed chances came back to haunt Lang on 44 minutes. Eddie McTernan converted a shot from the edge of the box to give Meadow the half-time lead.
A couple of minutes in to the second half and Camby were level thanks to Hal Bohme’s hard, low cross and Simeon’s finish. The goalscorer then turned provider minutes later to set up Chris Meikle who put his team ahead.
On the hour mark Meadow were reduced to 10 men when Craig Buchanan picked up a second yellow before Miller was also sent off for a foul and a kick out at Morton.
Cambuslang grabbed a fourth goal on 68 minutes as McRobbie took advantage of having the extra men before team-mate Barry Eley also received his second booking. Meadow, who were forced to go down to eight men through injury, set up a nervy finish when they grabbed a third from the awarded free-kick.
