Grimm Season 6 (15)

The sixth and final season of the fantasy-horror show closes things out in a satisfying fashion.

After rather limping along for large stretches of several of its series, it was a smart move to bring things to a close before all goodwill was lost.

But the intriguing showdown between David Giuntoli’s hero Nick and Sasha Roiz’s Captain Renard that ended season five is hastily dropped in favour of a ‘bigger bad’.

It’s a threatening antagonist that sees an increase in danger as the episodes hurtle by, but Roiz deserved his moment in the evil spotlight.

The cast remain as lovable as ever, though, and while far from perfect, the ending is touching and gives everyone a proper send-off.
