Offender‘ failed to reveal travel plan’

A Cambuslang man has been accused of failing to notify police he was leaving the country.

Andres Klenski, being a relevant offender, is alleged to have known on April 6 he was due to leave for Istanbul, Turkey.

However, the 39-year-old Morven Road resident, is said to have failed to give notification of his travel plans not less than seven days before the departure date on May 3, 2017.

Klenski is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court for an intermediate diet on October 26.
