Woman is now admonised after noisy sex antics

Neighbour compared it to a porn movie

A Rutherglen woman who ended up in court over her sexual antics and was convicted of breaching a court order has been admonished.

Stacey Taylor, 26, was heard screaming “take me”, and making loud sexual noises at all hours of the day.

Neighbours above complained to the council so much that Taylor and her partner Derek Maddox, 28, were handed an ASBO to keep the noise down.

But, in September 2014 noisy Taylor continued to scream and squeal in her Rowantree Gardens home which landed her in court with her boyfriend.

After hearing evidence from neighbours Christopher and Catherine Sweeney, who claimed the loud sex noises disrupted their lives, prosecutors withdrew the charge against Maddox.

Earlier this year sheriff David Young convicted Taylor, who now lives in East Kilbride, of breaching the interim court order by making sexual noises between September 15 and September 21, 2014.

Sentence was deferred to allow Taylor who was then pregnant to give birth and to be of good behaviour.

On Tuesday, Sheriff Young told her: “This was a breach of a court order, it dates back to 2014.

“You have not repeated this behaviour and you have been of good behaviour since then and during the period of deferment.

“You now have a young child. In the circumstances I am prepared to admonish you.”

In evidence Mr Sweeney, 31, was asked if he had any issues with the couple, who lived below during the time they lived in Rutherglen.

He said: “The only issue was loud noises coming from below, loud sex noises.

“It was moaning and groaning we would hear. Squealing, what you would associate with a porn movie.”

The court heard after making complaints a court order was served on the couple in August 2014, preventing the couple from making excessive noise, including sexual noises.

Mr Sweeney claimed it was still going on in September that year saying: “It was high pitch moaning, phrases like ‘take me’, groaning.”
