The Reformer has teamed up with our friends at Flip Out Glasgow to give away four tickets each week to one lucky reader.

Whether it’s bouncing on over 200 trampoline­s or racing your friends on Scotland’s first Ninja Obstacle course, there is something for all the family at the Rutherglen-based arena.

A range of ball game activities for sporty customers are on offer such as a dodgeball court, basketball lanes and even a parkour area.

Flip Out are also giving seniors a new “leap” of life after introducin­g trampolini­ng sessions for the over60s.

And there’s a top-of-the-range soft play area and a kids’ flip street arena for younger bouncers.

Team manager at Flip Out, Aidan McGinley, said: “We are delighted to link up with the Rutherglen Reformer to offer readers four free tickets each week.

The Southcroft Road arena boasts a staggering 63,000 sq ft space and will celebrate its first anniversar­y next week.
