The Reformer has teamed up with our friends at Flip Out Glasgow to give away four tickets each week to one lucky reader.
Whether it’s bouncing on over 200 trampolines or racing your friends on Scotland’s first Ninja Obstacle course, there is something for all the family at the Rutherglen-based arena.
A range of ball game activities for sporty customers are on offer such as a dodgeball court, basketball lanes and even a parkour area.
Flip Out are also giving seniors a new “leap” of life after introducing trampolining sessions for the over60s.
And there’s a top-of-the-range soft play area and a kids’ flip street arena for younger bouncers.
