Cogill keeps Clydein running
Clyde youngster Dylan Cogill was delighted to net his first goal for the club.
The 20 year-old, who joined on loan from Huddersfield Town earlier this year, managed to get on the scoresheet in Saturday’s 3-1 win over Edinburgh City.
The victory took Clyde to within a point of fourth place ahead of the final matches this weekend.
Stenhousemuir, who sit above them in the final playoff spot, were due to play their game in hand against Berwick last night after the Reformer went to print.
Cogill said: “It was a long time coming. I’ve had a few chances where the ball has been cleared off the line or I’ve hit the post, so I feel I was due a goal really. If we get to the play-offs it’d be fantastic.”
