Summer fun in the saddle

If you are looking to get the family active this summer, then look no further!

The Bike Around Town Adventures initiative has arranged the brilliant‘Seven Cities Cycling Challenge’.

It doesn’t matter if you are popping to the shops, visiting your gran, cycling to the park or racking up the miles on a lung-busting 50 mile weekend ride. Every journey counts!

Thirty trips equal 450 virtual miles and a complete loop of the seven cities.

As always, it is suitable for all ages and abilities with a strong focus on fun, health and exercise, sustainable transport and community.

Go for a cycle, take a photo, complete the journey record.

Each journey wins you 15 virtual miles on a tour of Scotland.

Make 30 journeys within six weeks to complete the tour .

There are special prizes for the most journeys and miles completed by individuals, families or schools.
