Gearbox: Lusso 125 gearbox with 24/64 primary. Porting work by: Myself. What brand of oil do you run: Putoline MX5. Chassis Spec: Tyres: Heidenau K80SR 100/80-10 +130/70-10. Rims: SIP tubeless 2.5 front, 3.0 rear. Suspension: BGM Pro SC. Speedo: SIP. Grips: Old Vespa. Levers: Standard. Cable brand: BGM. Seat: Nisa/PLC Corse. Fuel tank & tap: BGM fast flow tap. Hubs: PLC Corse front, standard rear drum. Brakes: BGM radial four-pot caliper front, rear Newfren grooved shoes. Describe engine performanc­e and scooter handling: Lively! Paintwork by: Myself, with the use of a friend’s bodyshop. Powder coating by: Impreziv Finishing. Hardest part of the project: Getting the Sprint handlebars to fit on a 152L2 frame as the cable routes are different. Tech tip or advice for anyone starting a project: Always dry build and research as to which parts will fit each other.
