First interest in scooters: In the early ’80s my friends had scooters but I could never afford one!

First scooter: T5 with slightly extended forks and Lambretta mudguard.

Favourite scooter model: All Vespas but especially old ones and T5s.

Favourite style of custom scooter: Chopper

First ever rally: YSA Invasion 4 Lepton 2007.

How did you get there: On scooter; T5. Any funny stories: When I crashed this scooter into a ditch and an off-duty policeman stopped to check to see if I was okay.

Favourite rally: Kelso; always welcomed by the locals and Meltdown in Germany – it’s one awesome weekend.

Least favourite rally: None really, rallies are what you make of them with your mates. Furthest you’ve ever ridden on a scooter:
