SamCam’s mum tiptoes through the delphiniums

DAYS after Samantha Cameron surprised her society pals by attending a glamorous West End party in trainers, her mother, Annabel Astor, proves she, too, likes to bend the footwear rules.

The 67-year-old wife of Viscount Astor posted this picture of herself in the gardens of her Oxfordshire home, Ginge Manor, without any shoes on.

Sporting a blue shirt and navy trousers, she wrote: ‘Delphiniums gone mad, never seen this before in my garden.’ Gardening barefoot isn’t a common sight, either.
