÷ Japan’s Crown Prince Akihito is credited with bringing sushi to the UK when he visited for the Queen’s coronation in 1953. ÷ More than five million Britons eat sushi regularly – a market worth £40m a year. ÷ Wasabi opened its first store in 2003.
