SCOTLAND are up to eighth in the world rankings after their win over Japan saw them leapfrog France by one place. While Vern Cotter’s team were winning 26-13 in Toyota, the French were losing to Argentina. New Zealand still top the rankings with England up to second after their victories in Australia.
