INTER MILAN are reportedly interested in signing Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure. The Ivorian was bought by now Inter boss Roberto Mancini for a £24million from Pep Guardiola’s Barcelona in 2010. Toure (pictured) is 33 and has just one year remaining on his contract at the Etihad Stadium. He has made 192 appearances for Man City.

ST MIRREN boss Alex Rae is closing in on a deal for John Sutton as he bids to add a powerful presence to his attack for the Scottish Championship campaign ahead. The 32-year-old has been told he can leave St Johnstone after making just five starts last term.

NEW Raith Rovers manager Gary Locke has made his third summer signing after recruiting Aberdeen goalkeeper Aaron Lennox on a season-long loan. The 23-year-old’s only competitive appearance for Derek McInnes’ side came on the final day of last term in a 4-0 defeat to Ross County.
