Clarifications & corrections

A DIARY item on June 13 reported that Chris Huhne & Associates Ltd had made a loss. We are happy to clarify that the company in fact made a profit, and that the reported ‘loss’ was due to a misreading of the balance sheet after payment of a large dividend and tax bill on the profit. We apologise for the error.

AN ARTICLE published on July 2 said that Antoinette Sandbach MP attended Michael Gove’s Tory leadership launch. We are happy to confirm that, in fact, Mrs Sandbach was not in attendance.
